Alexis just closed THE LIGHTNING THIEF at the Orlando Repertory Theatre as Annabeth. It was a dream role and a dream experience!
Alexis spent fall and winter back at the Palace Theatre performing in THE WIZARD OF OZ and A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
Alexis was in the industry presentation of MADDIE, a new musical being brought over from the West End and aimed for Off Broadway!
Alexis spent October through January at the Palace Theater performing in GREASE and A CHRISTMAS CAROL.
Alexis performed in the international tour of A CHORUS LINE under the direction of Baayork Lee.
She went on as Bebe and spent a month performing in Japan!
SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED! Alexis recently signed with the Luedtke Agency to represent her in AEA, Theatrical, and SAG-AFTRA work.
Alexis spent the summer playing Frenchy in GREASE at Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre. The show ran July 1 through August 1 and she was so excited to return to live theater!
Alexis played Veronica in HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL for her senior musical at Shenandoah University.
Alexis finished a summer at Cortland Repertory Theatre performing in LEGALLY BLONDE, MAMMA MIA, BORN YESTERDAY, and HOUSE AT POOH'S CORNER. Broadwayworld.com said "Yard and Kelley deliver memorable performances as Sophie's energetic and spunky besties" of her performance in MAMMA MIA.
Alexis performed in Logan Smith's "Let's Talk of Nothing" music video which now has 6K views and can be found under the video tab!
Alexis spent the summer before freshman year performing as Eva in BRING IT ON and Rizzo in GREASE.
Alexis spent the summer in BANDSTAND at Playhouse on Park performing as Dream Julia, Betsy, and a lead swing dancer.
Alexis performed as Rumpleteazer in CATS at City Springs Theater under the amazing direction of Baayork Lee!
Alexis performed as a Hot Box Girl and the Featured Havana dancer in GUYS AND DOLLS at Plaza Theatricals based in NYC and Long Island.
Alexis performed in A CHORUS LINE at City Springs Theatre under the direction of Baayork Lee.
She played Tricia and covered several others.
Alexis performed in WEST SIDE STORY as Graziella and served as Dance Captain to Curtis Holbrook as he reset the original choreography. She also joined the EMC program.
The Shenandoah MT Class of 2021 filmed and produced their virtual senior showcase.
Alexis was looking forward to spending the summer performing at Shenandoah Summer Music Theater as Minnie Fay in HELLO DOLLY! under the direction of Kevin Covert and with choreography by MJ Slinger, as well as in the ensemble of CINDERELLA and SISTER ACT. Due to COVID-19 the season was cancelled but she's grateful for the opportunity and hopes to play Minnie soon!
Alexis spent her sophomore year performing in URINETOWN, and NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, as well as being a part of the first ever Shencolab where she performed in a play done entirely in sign language and one written by fellow students.
Alexis finished a summer at Millbrook Playhouse performing in SISTER ACT and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST as well as choreographing the theater's production of PINKALICIOUS.
Alexis spent freshman year performing in CABARET, LYSISTRATA JONES, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, and the annual Holiday Gala.
